Hey Guys,

Without over-complicating court reservations, I am going to suggest this: 

• Every week, I will schedule 3 courts for the 5pm time slot at BIG BEAVER on Wednesdays because they are almost always available.  If you play earlier in the day, I would not expect that you will have an issue.  Courts will be reserved under Stachurski, Jacobs and Demery.  

• This Wednesday (1/8) is an exception.  I have 2 courts booked at 5pm and a third booked under Demery for 3:30.

• Next Wednesday (1/12) is also an exception.  I have 2 courts booked at 5pm and one at 4pm under Demery.

• I will attempt to schedule courts at MAPLE ROAD (Birmingham), however, they are all booked for the next two weeks and I don't know who has them reserved.

• If I am successful at booking a court at MAPLE ROAD, I will send out an email and suggest the first to claim it gets it.  Otherwise, we play at BIG BEAVER.  If you don't see an email from me, know that I was unsuccessful at reserving a court.

Might be a good idea to confirm with your match play opponents in advance the location and starting time to prevent any misunderstandings.
